argonaut-fai-mirror software package provides Argonaut (scripts to manage Debian mirrors), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install argonaut-fai-mirror
argonaut-fai-mirror is installed in your system.
Make ensure the argonaut-fai-mirror package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep argonaut-fai-mirror *
You will get with argonaut-fai-mirror package name, version, architecture and description in a table
